Refund policy

Returns

We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.  We cannot accept returns of earrings, sale items or gift cards.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

If you purchased your jewelry at a retail shop, you must work with the retail shop and adhere to their return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item - we will assess the issue and work quickly to solve it!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All earrings, sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for returns.
